Shares and share capital

The share capital of Mavshack amounts to SEK 6,395,532.756 divided into 3,197,766,378 shares with a par value of SEK 0.002 per share. The Company has only one class of shares and each share carries one vote.

The shares have been issued in accordance with Swedish law and are denominated in SEK. The shares are registered electronically in accordance with CSD provision in the articles of association and shareholders' register maintained by Euroclear. All shares have equal rights to profits and dividends and to Mavshacks assets and any surplus on liquidation.

Mavshack’s shares were traded on Nasdaq First North Growth Market from 16 June 2014 until 28 September 2026.
