Mavshack is a Swedish public limited company. The company’s shares were admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market from 16 June 2014 until 28 September 2026.The head office is located in Stockholm. Mavshack does not apply the Swedish Corporate Governance Code or the Annual Accounts Act’s rules on corporate governance reports.

Mavshack Movies AB is a globally operating company that has agreements with partners in the Middle East, India as well as the Philippines. It has 2 subsidiaries that are Mavshack Movies AB and Shapp AB.
