Corporate governance

Mavshack is a public Swedish limited company listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market since June 16, 2014, and therefore complies with the Nasdaq First North Growth Market’s regulatory framework. The head office is located in Stockholm, with additional offices in Karlstad, Varberg, and Chandigarh, India. Furthermore, the company has personnel in Chandigarh and Mumbai, India, as well as in New York. Mavshack does not apply the Swedish Corporate Governance Code or the Annual Accounts Act’s rules on corporate governance reports, as Nasdaq First North Growth Market is not defined as a regulated market and therefore these rules do not apply.

Group Structure

Mavshack Movies AB is a global operating subsidiary that has agreements with payment solution providers such as PayPal, EC-Pay, etc., as well as several contracts with content providers and our technology partners such as Akamai, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Storage.
24hTech International AB, formerly Mavshack Development AB/Tradix AB, is a subsidiary where all technical development takes place.
YourIT AB, together with its subsidiaries Parter 54 AB and IPMovers IT India, is responsible for the Swedish B2B IT business, serving both corporate and public-sector clients.
The associated company Ambientmedia has been 50% owned by Mavshack since 2015. Ambientmedia is a Filipino production company responsible for content production and daily contact with content providers in the Philippines.
