The Board of Directors of Mavshack AB (publ) has today appointed Tommy Carlstedt, CEO. The former CEO Rainier David will be nominated to the Board of Directors at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Tommy Carlstedt has a long history from Swedbank group with various management, business development and digital sales positions. During the past 12 months Tommy has worked as a consultant within the digital strategy and sales field. Tommy joined Mavshack two months back and has been working with an objective to broaden the revenue streams of the Mavshack Group.
"Mavshack has all possibilities to become a really progressive and profitable company within digital entertainment. The Mavshack Group has a broad offering which we intend to show the market. We are currently looking into several alternatives to broaden our businesses even more", says Tommy Carlstedt.
Rainier David will continue his engagement in this phase in period with Tommy Carlstedt which is expected to culminate with him returning as a director of the Board.
"I have my family in the Philippines and travelling monthly for more than a year has been quite difficult. I am very happy that we have found this solution where Tommy Carlstedt takes over as Group CEO while I continue to lead Mavshack from the Board", says Rainer David.
