Dear shareholders,
I began my position as CEO of Mavshack on March 1st. My first priority has been to work together with the team on our new structure and processes moving forward. This process includes our financial reports and reporting. Unfortunately it means that we will need to move the first quarter report by a few weeks. Me and the board have also decided to move the AGM to May 5th, 2023. I look forward to meeting you all at the AGM and presenting my plans for Mavshack.
