On August 27, Fredric Forsman, Chairman of the Board of Mavshack AB, purchased 2,000,000 shares from Fortic AB, owned by Jonas Litborn. After the purchase Fredric Forsman's holdings in Mavshack amount to 2,343,340 shares. Before the sale Jonas Litborn privately and through companies owned 4,780,220 shares (13.8%). After the sale, Jonas Litborns holdings, both privately and through companies, amount to 2,780,220 shares corresponding to an ownership interest of 8.0%.
