Mavshack AB (publ) has given notice of its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 09.30 at the company's office on Karlavägen 58 in Stockholm.
In order to take part in the Annual General Meeting shareholders must be entered in the sharehiolder register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB by Wednesday, May 11, 2016. Shareholder wishing to take part shall notify their intention to attend by mail to the following address: Mavshack AB, Karlavägen 58, 114 49 Stockholm or via e-mail: ir@mavshack.com. When doing so the shareholder shall provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone number, Person or organization number, Amount of shares registered and, if applicable, the name of any assistant.
